Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by User 1.1. Users may cancel our services by providing written notice to Cowabunga Auto Detailing at least 1 day or 24 hours before the scheduled start date. 1.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start date may result in partial/full forfeiture of the service charge. 1.3. Deposits that are made to Cowabunga Auto Detailing are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation by Cowabunga Auto Detailing 2.1. Cowabunga Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel services in unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to, insufficient bookings, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our control. 2.2. In the event of a cancellation by Cowabunga Auto Detailing, users will be entitled to potential in store credit based on the situation or the option to reschedule. 3. Refund Policy 3.1. If such a refund occurs it will be issued to the original payment method. 4. Changes to Cancellation Policy 4.1.
